CMC Comics creates content that challenges expectations, not only in narrative but also in craft. Artist CM Campbell began his career in comics by creating editorial work for Brooklyn-based online art publication Hyperallergic. This exposure to varying high-end makers/manufacturers with a wide breadth of variety in art practices and processes collides with the DYI energy unique to indie comics and cartooning as a craft.

CM Campbell and Adam Roberts met in 2019 and have collaborated on several projects with more sure to come. Under the banner of DrawBreath we look to share these experiences and ideas.
CM Campell
CM Campbell received his BA in Fine Art with a studio emphasis at San Francisco State University, and his MFA in Comics at California College of the Arts. He grew up in Evanston, Illinois, and currently resides in Columbus Ohio where he professes about comics at Columbus College of Art and design.
